Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted on items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit. Buyer has 3 days from receiving the item to notify Lindy Design and start the return process.  Personalized items cannot be returned unless found defective. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Items that are to be returned must be in original condition, unworn and unused. If items are not found in those conditions, a refund may not be issued.

Cancellations

I will accept a cancellation of your order within 30 minutes of purchase. Please email lindydesigncustoms@gmail.com immediately with the reason you're cancelling. If the item is already shipped, a cancellation will NOT be allowed. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email me right away at lindydesigncustoms@gmail.com with photos of damaged items or photos of the issue and an explanation. 


Exchanges
I try and provide the most accurate measurements to help you get an accurate idea for sizing. Please contact me before purchasing if you're unsure of the fit or need more details. 


Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
